Senator Luther Strange Full Address and Q&A from Oxford Union

Appointed to serve as the United States Senator for Alabama following Jeff Sessions’ appointment as US Attorney General, Strange received President Trump’s public support in the 2017 special election. Despite this, he lost the Republican primary to populist insurgent Roy Moore. Moore later lost to Doug Jones, the first Democratic Senator from Alabama since 1997.
